We are a credit broker, not a lender. We introduce clients to lenders for bridging, development, commercial and business finance, and we help structure and package each application. The lender makes the lending decision.

Some of the finance we arrange is regulated by the FCA, and some is not. The FCA does not regulate certain types of buy to let or commercial mortgages, or most lending to companies for business purposes. We will tell you at the outset whether your case is regulated.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a loan secured against it.

We may receive commission from lenders or other providers when a facility completes. The amount varies depending on the lender, provider, product and other permissible factors.

Any commission we receive will be documented for you before you proceed. If a broker fee applies to your case, we will confirm the amount and when it is payable in writing before you commit.

We want to hear if something has gone wrong. Complaints about our service are handled by our principal firm, Flexi Network Ltd, under its complaints procedure.

Under FCA rules, firms must acknowledge a complaint in writing and normally send a final response within eight weeks (FCA: how to complain).

If you are an eligible complainant and are unhappy with the final response, or have not received one within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You normally need to do this within six months of the final response. Not every complaint is eligible; for example, some complaints from larger businesses fall outside the Ombudsman's scope.
